At Agape Love Candle Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, hand-poured candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at AgapeLoveCandleCo1982@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
